- Filing Deadline - Tuesday, April 21, by 4:00 p.m. - Candidates running for Township Office with political party affiliation file nominating petitions or filing fee and Affidavit of Identity for the August primary. Withdrawal deadline elapses at 4:00 p.m. on April 24.
- Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the current Stay at Home order, petition signatures may not be a viable option. The completed and notarized Affidavit of Identity can be mailed along with the $100 filing fee (payable to Delhi Township) to: Delhi Township Clerk, 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt MI 48842. Or drop it off in the 24/7 drop box in front of the Township Offices. You can also email the Clerk to make an appointment to have your form notarized and file. Note: If mailing the affidavit and fee, it still must be received by 4:00 p.m.
