Delhi Charter Township Parks and Recreation Department

The Accounting Department is generally an internal service function of Delhi Charter Township.  The Department publishes financial statements, maintains the general ledger, audits and disburses accounts payable checks, reconciles vendor statements, maintains W-9's, audits payroll, disburses deduction checks, calculates allocation between funds, assists the Township Manager in preparing annual budgets and periodic amendments, maintains various statistical information, reconciles bank statements, and prepares various reconciliations of financial information.

The Parks and Recreation Department offers year-round services to area residents. Delhi Township has seven parks totaling almost 95 acres, which include a beachfront swimming area and four pavilions to rent.  Numerous recreational activities are available including sports programs for all ages. The Parks and Recreation Department also handles programs, luncheons, and trips for Senior Citizens.

Delhi Township Park Commission

The Parks Commission oversees the activity of the Parks and Recreation Department.  Park Commissioner's are elected every four years at the time of the Presidential Election.

The Parks and Recreation Commission meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Services Center Board Room.
