Holt Lions Club

"We Serve"

The motto of our association is "We Serve".  We serve because we care about our community and the less fortunate. We serve in many ways, and just to name a few, we help needy individuals with eye exams, eyeglasses, white canes, radio talking books, and wheelchairs. We also support a variety of projects including ‘Leader Dogs for the Blind’, ‘Welcome Home for the Blind’, Michigan Eye Bank & Transplantation Center, Lions Club International Foundation, ‘Lions-Quest’ (Drug Awareness), Diabetes Awareness, and ‘Youth Exchange’. Basically, the list is as long as there are needs.

We welcome you to join the Holt Lions Club. Some members attend meetings and participate in projects, while others serve on committees and organize events. You can participate to whatever extent that your time allows – it’s up to you!

The Holt Lions Club meets on the first and third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Delhi Café. If you are interested in becoming a Lion, or would like more information about the Holt Lions, please call Club President Mike Golden at 694-8253.
